I was babysitting one of my nephews, who was a toddler at the time, the first time I watched #Zootopia. He got bored and went to play. I could not move.

Because what I was watching was not just a kids' movie.

It was one of the most honest, layered allegories about systemic racism I've ever seen in an animated film—and #Zootopia2 goes even further.

In my latest article I break down what both films are really doing:

→ A villain who manufactures racial fear to consolidate power

I spent 9 hours straight in prayer, study, and reflection last Saturday—and came out with something I couldn't stop thinking about.

Bahá'u'lláh wrote that "knowledge is a light which God casteth into the heart." From a Quantum physics perspective, light travels in tiny individual bundles of energy, and at the quantum level, what a particle "is" at any moment is really just a set of information—a description of its state.

Follow that thread, and you arrive at: knowledge = light = energy = information = consciousness
